Standard shipping:

Free for order uper than Rp 300000

Delivery takes 8 to 12 days

Orders placed after normal working hours will be received on the next business day. If you choose to ship overnight or 2 days, if the order is received before 2:30 PM PST, it will be shipped on the same day. If the order arrives after 2:30 PM PST, it will be the next business day. We are closed on weekends or holidays.

We are not responsible for situations beyond our control. Examples may include but are not limited to:

1. Wrong address provided

2. The lost box confirmed by the carrier

3. Delivery delay due to weather or other force majeure

4. Other force majeure factors

Return cargo flow fee:

1. If it is our reason to return the goods, we will pay the return goods flow fee

2. If the goods are returned for no reason, the logistics fee during the return and exchange period shall be paid by you in full

Explanation of “our reason”:

1. Quality issues

2. Send the wrong goods

3. Damage during logistics (in this case, we need to provide evidence of logistics damage to facilitate us to obtain logistics insurance compensation)
